Go to the Crawl page, enter one or more website URLs (one per line), and click Start Crawl. You must be logged in to start a crawl. New accounts include a 7-day free trial. The system discovers pages via sitemap or internal link spidering and analyzes each page in the background. You'll see results on the Dashboard.

Each page gets a score from 0–100 based on: title tag quality, meta descriptions, heading structure, HTTPS usage, response time, image alt text, structured data, and more. Grades are: A+ (90–100), A (80–89), B (60–79), C (40–59), D (20–39), F (0–19).

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full crawling capabilities. After the trial expires, you'll need to purchase a package to continue crawling. Creating an account is completely free — sign up here.

Crawl sessions and their results are automatically deleted after 10 days from when the crawl was performed. This applies to all accounts. We recommend exporting your reports (PDF, CSV, or SQL) before the retention period expires if you need to keep the data long-term.

On any session detail page, use the Export button to download results as CSV, SQL, or PDF. You can also email reports directly from the session page. Export is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

Yes! RankSavanna uses headless Chrome to render JavaScript-heavy pages before analysis. If headless rendering fails (e.g., Chrome not installed), it falls back to static HTML parsing.

The REST API at /api/v1/ lets you programmatically access results, statistics, sessions, and exports. See the API Documentation for details.
